Goodbye Flowers

Since it's almost March, I figured it's probably time to throw away the Valentine's Day flowers. They had a good run, though.

Upon receiving these flowers, I made an interesting discovery. Of all the gifts we got for our wedding (mixer, toaster, iron, those things you stick into corn so you don't have to hold onto the end, towels, pitchers, dishes, silverware, pictures, etc., etc.) we never got a vase.

We did, however, find a solution: Christian's old Nalgene water bottle. It was just the right size and added some nice color to the arrangement.
