Flip-flops (especially Havianas). I'm not sure, but even as much as I love flip-flops, I think I might love going barefoot even more. 
Not having to make dinner because Christian grilled something yummy on the BBQ. Do I even need to mention the decrease in dishes needing to be washed?
Sharing a backyard picnic with my sweet baby. This one included strained peas, one of Kate's favorites. She has also discovered a new green vegetable.......grass. 
Curling up with a book in the hammock after Kate goes to bed. Right now I'm reading Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter.
Planting something that doesn't die. So far the snow peas and strawberries from our garden have been delicious. Hopefully in a few weeks we'll have tomatoes, too.
Last but not least, I love seeing the face of this little girl when her daddy pushes her in the swing. Here's to summer!
I'm jealous you have a hammock! I wish we had trees to put up a hammock in our backyard!
