Two weeks ago I was writing up my grocery list and assessing my needs when I thought, "I don't think Save Mart has ______ (I can't remember now what it was). I think I swing by Safeway instead." I packed Kate up in the car and headed off to the store. On the way, we passed a duplex with a dishwasher out front. The dishwasher had a handwritten sign taped to it that said, "Portable Dishwasher. Works. Make me an offer." I flipped the car around as fast as I could, got Kate out of the car, and knocked on the door. I asked they lady who answered if she would take $20. "Absolutely." she responded. I was so excited I almost cried.
No more yucky dish drying rack. No more dishpan hands. I LOVE MY DISHWASHER. Besides Kate, it's the best addition we've made to our family since we got married.
That's awesome. Nothing beats the convenience of a dishwasher. I really don't know if I could live without one anymore.
