I know we've only been here for two weeks, but we are loving Denver (well, Kate, James, and I are loving Denver, Christian has spent most of these two weeks at his desk studying for the Bar). The weather is wonderful and we have loved being outside. Once a week we meet with some of the other kids from the ward at a park, we've gone swimming at the pool a couple of times, we bought a season pass to the zoo and have enjoyed all the animals (all the animals we had time to see--we were there for like 2 hours and we only saw about half of the zoo), and almost every day we've gone on a walk around our neighborhood. When we first got here, I would push Kate in the stroller and carry James in the front pack, but he is getting to be a big boy, so I was very happy when this arrived in a Fed Ex truck the other day.
Kate loves it. She thinks it's so much fun to sit next to James. She especially likes it when I run. She tells me, "Go FAST Mommy!" She also really likes it because we see at lease 10 dogs per walk. They're everywhere.
Guess what else.....I'm down to 2 unpacked boxes. I've been working really hard and I'm pretty proud of myself!
