Can you tell these two are siblings?

As I was putting these two to bed tonight I could help but look from one side of the room to the other and just laugh. Both kids had their thumbs and their belly buttons. They're totally related.
 *Just for the record, Kate is CLOSE to being weened off her thumb, just not quite there yet.
