Last week I decided I was sick of buying diapers. I told James, "You can wear a diaper when you're asleep or when we're out and about, but other than that you're wearing underwear." You may not be surprised to find that for the last week I've been washing several pairs of underwear a day. Yesterday morning he had an accident in he favorite jammies. He looked up at me with a look of anguish and said, "Why do I keep getting wet?" I laughed and said, "Because you keep peeing!" He looked surprised and said, "Oh." Apparently a light bulb went off because he only had one accident the rest of the day. Today he's still wearing the same pair of underwear that I put on him this morning. He even stayed dry when we went to a friend's house! Hopefully I'm not jinxing it, but I'm pretty sure we finally got a ticket to the potty train!!
