I have some pictures on my desktop I've been meaning to post about. Some of them have appeared on Instagram. They have no theme or reason, but here you go.
James got his in the mail. He was a happy, happy boy.
We spent the morning at the zoo. Kate brought her Anna doll with her. A little girl saw her doll and started chatting with Kate. They ended up walking all around the zoo hand in hand while James and her brother played together as well. Here they are leaping off rocks together. Funny what brings kids together.
We got coupons for free cookies. I had no idea how big they would be!!!
This is Kate's idea of fashion.
The other day at the store I saw a bike locked up to a ball crate. Seemed like an odd spot to park a bike.
James found his new favorite swing.
We found a fox at the zoo.
Christian made a deal with James that if he made a train out of spaghetti, James would eat his dinner. My kids have a fun dad, not to mention an great artist.
The grocery store had free cupcakes the day after mother's day. James ended up with cupcake on his face, hands, on the floor, and the check-out counter.
One day we decided to have a drive way party. See! We can make do without a yard.
Who said they melt in your mouth, not in your hand??
We got James a new bike. Now we just need to get him a helmet.
Did I mention Kate has an interesting taste in clothing some days?
James picked out a Horned Melon at the grocery store. He was really excited to try a new food. Kate was excited also. Until we cut it open. I have to confess, not even I could bring myself to eating more than 2 bites.
