The Back Side of Science

During the summer, the science museum had several 'member nights'. We signed up for one. It was so fun. 

The new children's section wasn't as busy as it usually is. Both kids made a hat, Kate a bunny and James a shark.

 

We got to go into the area where the paleontologists and other researchers work on the fossils. James loved it. Christian loved it even more.

 

We also go to go deep into the basement and see some of the storage.  

I thought this meteorite was really interesting! They said it was the heaviest thing in the museum!! Crazy!
