Christian's work had a night at the Rockies. We got free tickets to the game and $80 in food vouchers. $80 sure buys a lot of hot dogs, even at a baseball stadium. It was kind of a stormy night and I was nervous we were going to get rained out, but as soon as we got there it cleared out and was as nice as could be!
Right before we left, my neighbor gave the kids lollipops as a thank you for watering her plants while she was out of town. That occupied the kids for quite a while! My kids love sweets, but they can almost never finish them. They only made it about a quarter of the way through these pops.
About halfway through the game James needed to take a playground break.
We also spent some of the time taking selfies.
Oh, we did watch a little of the game too. After the game, Kate got recruited to join the team. She got her uniform and is all ready to play.
