I used my Christmas money for some new bookshelves and little desks for the kids.
James decided he wanted to be a detective.
We were walking home from Kate's school. James was cold, so Kate took of the liner of her coat and shared it with James.
Nothing like a driveway picnic.
James has 'hibernation' day at school. He got to wear PJ's and bring his bear.
Kate went to her buddy Noah's birthday.
Kate made me draw a self portrait at the science museum. How'd I do?
Eliza got big enough for the swing...sort of.
James wanted to help me wash grapes. But he decided he needed a hat and no shirt.
I waited too long to buy James new boots. It is SERIOUSLY hard to find new boots after Christmas, all the stores are full of swimsuits instead. This was my attempt to waterproof James' boots: hot glue and grocery bags.
Luckily they were waterproof enough for the next big snow storm.
I got this beautiful flower from Christian's grandma for Christmas. I was so excited when it bloomed!
To finish off the month we had an outdoor impressionist painting party.
