Easter weekend was busy! On Friday, James' school had a name/egg hunt. Each kid had to find the eggs with their name on it. One kid was absent so Kate got to find his eggs.
James and his friend Copper dug into their candy right away.
Before Kate and I got there for the egg hunt, the kids had gone over to the elderly day care program on the other side of the building. The adults had made the kids dyed Easter eggs. I LOVE this preschool program and the way the do stuff with the elderly adults.
On Saturday we organized an Easter egg hunt for church. We were going to do it outside, but because of a giant snow storm we did it inside. We put colored stickers on the eggs so that the older kids had a little bit of a challenge; they could only find their color of egg.
Christian helped spread the eggs around the gym with a broom.
We had a great turn out and it was really fun!!
Eliza had quite the haul.
Easter morning the kids got new outfits and Easter baskets.
They were a cute trio!
I apparently should have washed James' Easter clothes because they gave him a rash. Oops.
