Bikes and Tikes

Kate got her first bike! I bought it at a garage sale for $4 (check number 25 off my list 'find something awesome at a garage sale'). She loves pushing it around the backyard. Yes, I know those shorts are giant on her.
As soon as she finds something good like an extra long piece of grass or a leaf, she plops down, picks it up, and puts it in that yellow basket. She loves her bike. Once she spotted it out the window and started banging desperately on the window and saying, "ma ma, ma maaaa!"

When she's not busy riding her bike, Kate has been having play dates with her friend Zoe before she moves away to Idaho next week.

They usually have so much fun together Kate can barely contain herself.
