We finally made it home to Colorado. Here are just a few more pictures of Utah.
We spent a lot of time at this library and the kids loved these little nooks. One day there was a play time with lots of toys and music in the room right next to these little reading spots. Both kids chose to sit and read instead of go to play time. That's when I snapped these pictures.
One day we went to my friend Charlotte's house and met up with our friend Jessica. Our kids played and played together in Charlotte's AWESOME backyard.
Later we went inside to play. The kids heard the garbage truck, and all rushed to the window. It was pretty cute.
We also got to play with my friend Dana's baby. James was pretty enamored.
We went to the splash park with Emily, Ellie, and Sammie, our friends who used to live in Denver. This same day I randomly ran into a friend from Sacramento.
We had a lovely 4th of July. We started off the morning with a parade.
This firefighter kept hucking candy at us. He had a pretty good arm. At the end if the parade he threw two bags of candy at us.
Kate got her face painted at the parade and was very proud of it. There were lots of tears once it started to wash off.
We spent a ton of time with family. This is one of my favorite pictures.
It was a wonderful trip to Utah, but it feels good to finally be home.
