Just an Ordinary Day at the Russian Market

I'm seriously backlogged with pictures and thoughts that need to be blogged. I've had some weird health issues lately, including two horrible weeks of going gluten-free, but I think I'm finally on the right track. I'll save all that for another blog post, though. For today I'll just keep it short and sweet.

Today the kids and I went to get new tires for our car. Just for the record, I love the place that did it. They are so nice and they did the whole thing in 40 minutes. While we were waiting, the kids and I went next door to the Russian market. We didn't recognized half of the products that were on the shelves, but the kids quickly found the candy section. It was hard to interpret what was in the packages, but we finally settled on some pretty blue packages that ended up being kind of like wafer cookies.

New tires and Russian candy, not a bad day.
