My last trip to the grocery store I was really surprised to find two items. So surprised I got out my phone and took a picture.
1. Panettone. I have only ever seen this in Brazil. I don't know if it's just because I've never noticed it until I went to Brazil, but I saw it at every store in Brazil at Christmastime. Have any of you ever purchased this?
2. Fry Sauce. Fry sauce! In Colorado. I know we're not that far from the Utah border, but this is the first time I've seen it here. I'm not actually a huge fan, but it did make me nostalgic for Crown Burger.
Now, if I could just find the cherry frosting that for some reason they don't sell in Colorado, California, or Arizona (at least to my knowledge), then I might actually make a purchase as opposed to just taking a picture.
I was surprised to see Fry Sauce for sale in California. It is at Winco, which is I guess is based in Oregon, but I don't know if that explains it or makes it weirder.
