I know, I know. It's November. But I had just a couple (or a lot) of picture from summer that I wanted to put on my blog. So, here you go.
We got some good rain and this kids enjoyed all of the mud that came along with it.
The kids made their own horseshoe game out of cardboard, tinfoil and chopsticks. They were hilarious to watch.
My friend gave me a gift card to a Mediterranean restaurant for Christmas and I FINALLY used it!
Christian gave double piggy back rides.
My kids fell in love with this darling baby, Zoe.
We went to the airplane museum with friends.
We made moon cookies.
We took a trip to Kate's School's curriculum library. I was glad that my kids were just as excited as I was to be there.
The second the we got home from the curriculum library, the kids brought out the math manipulatives.
Kate started feeling a lot more comfortable in the pool.
The kids got new prize possessions. Kate: a Sofia backpack. James: a Dusty helmet and a flyswatter.
We had lots of fun play time.
We found another spot in Denver we'd never visited before. This is outside the downtown library.
We went to the Stake Fair at our church.
We made new friends and rode the train with them.
And swam with them in the creek.
We went to a cute petting zoo.
And picked lots and lots of sunflowers.
I guess that about sums it up!
