Utah, Part 3

Curious how to give a  6, 5, 4, and almost 3 year old an awesome afternoon? Take them to the theater to see The Little Mermaid. These little princes and princesses LOVED it!

As with every trip we take to Utah, we made sure to stop by the University of Utah.We spent a loooooonnnnnngggg time at the bookstore. I was ready to move on way before the kids were. They didn't want to leave!!

I don't remember this fountain being there when I went to the U. It's a really pretty addition.

We stopped by the Union, bought Jamba Juice and bagels, and then had a picnic inside the U.

Christian and I were lucky enough to go on an overnight date to the Grand America. It is such a beautiful place.

We also had dinner at the Roof. I sure to love this guy!

When we were reunited with the kids again, we made one more stop at Scheels to look for Utah gear. James and Christian found matching outfits.

So, there you have it! That's what we did over the 4th of July. It was a wonderful week.

  1. Glad to see you guys are still Utah fans and can find your gear. That fountain has been across from the Merrill Library since at least around 2002, I think. I used to read books and eat lunch there all the time.
